Return and Refund Policy

The long and short of it:


As long as the item is unused and in original packaging there is a 30 day return policy. However, incontinent equipment, like commodes or toilet seat risers, are non-returnable. We can't in good conscience re-sell a product that has been in intimate contact with someone else's nether-regions. 

For clothing we suggest laundering the article using warm water and a gentle detergent or dish soap prior to returning.

Specified Shipping Carriers: 

-If your package is lightweight and small, we will most frequently use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your item. 

-If your package is larger, such as a scooter or wheelchair, we will most frequently use United Parcel Service (UPS) 

-If you are local to La Mirada, California: We will privately drop off your package after contacting you. This is most often the case with larger items as they are heavy and difficult to assemble without previous knowledge.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
